My current diet and training routine is fairly non-existent at the moment.
I used to do a do a fairly decent morning cardio exercise up until about 3 months ago...then my work schedule changed pretty dramatically and I dont really have much time to exercise in the mornings anymore.
As far as my diet goes...its not too bad actually. I typically eat very healthy foods, but my main problem lately is that I am ALWAYS hungry! I tend to eat lots of salads, fruits, chicken, sushi. I dont eat very much red meat or dairy at all. The main thing is my portions are kind of larger and I always seem to be hungry again shortly after eating a large meal.
Any ideas??
