i did a bit of the math for you,
25 pounds of fat = 87,500 calories.
you need to burn 975 extra calories daily to hit your goal in 90 days.
so if you are 30 year old male, 195 pounds is ~ 2200 calories needed daily for maintenance, your target should be 1100 calories daily.
you can do that by eating only 1100 calories, or by eating 1600 calories and doing 500 calories of exercise,
etc.
