                  Are you referring to the '72 summit series? Yes, those were all great games, especially the last one. I watched or listened to them all. Was in French class when Henderson scored "the goal", whole class interrupted the teacher by going balistic. (3 or 4 of us had little transistor radios glued to our heads) Every time Canada scored you could hear the whole school erupting.

                  I know of no 1970 series, well other than the Stanley cup that year. Montreal beat Chicago in 7. :D

                                              Last time Slovaks won IIHF gold in 2002. The USA got the same in 1960. How could you compare the class of these teams?
