Without income stats, I'll say 15K...Im far from an expert though.

i used to do alot of domain appraisals.. and with this site on it..
id say the site without the revenue (base price) is about $500-$1000
with the revenue.. if the revenue is per month then the site is worth about 25K if its per year.. it will sell maximum for 5-6 years of revenue plus $500 base price.

Sites that have revenue have the possibility to make upto 6 years worth of the revenue.
in a sale.

depending on its nature, if its not adult, check out www.sitepoint.com if it is adult, try here.. im not sure though if sitepoint.com allow adult sites..
dont quote me on it though.

LOL I think you are confused. Adult sites don't normally sell for 5-6 years revenue, those multiples usually only apply to "domain only" type sales with parking revenue. Most cookie cutter semi established adult sites sell for less then 6 months revenue.

There are always exceptions and people that pay more for what ever reason.

^5 I was like ok, I make high XXXX a month, why is it only worth 25K?? LOL And I picked up a damn good affiliate with it also which would stay...Weird?

The person I was responding to was quoted in my post. I wasn't commenting the on the site in this thread. I was speaking in general terms just saying that 5-6 years for an adult site is highly unusual. I never said anything about 25k.

Without a url and more information trying to value a site is a waste of time. That is why I didn't post a value.

Most adult sites are worth somewhere between 1-2 years of revenue. If the domain is good, maybe a bit more. In this case, the site is probably worth around 1 year of revenue.

Hmm, don't know that.. many people believe that adult "trends" change faster, and that adult sites are worth only 6 months of solid revenue. There are exceptions I guess.
