Is it just coincidental that out of every tube site I've ever visited, and every site I've ever downloaded from, I've never had even one single instance of a slow down... Except for YouTube. Files download so quickly sometimes I don't even think it would be possible for it to transfer so fast.

This is how it is for me all the time. The one site that gives me issues is YouTube. And the problems that occur are consistent.
