Actually I'm not a Saints fan.
I grew up in central Florida and have been a dolphins fan all my life.

However, what the Saints have done this year has been great for the city, and I'm definitely pulling for them to go all the way. Keeping New Orleans in the national spotlight is great for the Katrina recovery efforts.

My pick in this game is based purely on football. Grossman is inconsistent and the Saints have way too many weapons to defend against.
There are a bunch of other little reasons to pick the Saints, but those two should be enough. I'm amazed they're not favored by at least 3.

The refs are trying to make me look bad in this one.

Michael Lewis was obviously down on the play with the fumble. I can't believe they didn't over turn that on review.

Also that offensive pass interference penalty was absolute bullshit. The cornerback fell, the receiver didn't push him. That made it 1st and 20 instead of 2nd and 4.

16 to 7 at the half, the Saints got some work to do (if the refs stop trying to steal the game for the home team)

It's one thing to say "I like the Saints today" another to say Mortal Lock!!! Bet the House!!! Pro football is the absolute worst thing there is to bet on.
I booked for several years. People would hold their own in baseball, hoops and college football. But over a 5 year period, over 95% of the pro football players lost money. Way too unpredictable.
