Ok the domain in question is over 5yrs old run any domain age tool to check, I picked it up a few months ago never did shit with it.
I put a design up and some content and backend (textpattern) to sell the site. It has some pretty nifty plug-ins installed eg: image rotator database manager.
Its had about 280 type ins this month looking for offers over $100 I don't need to sell will develop np's.
No BIN in mind.
