i'm surprised by all the replies saying sell it for $20k or even it's not worth that much. a domain is always worth what someone is willing to pay for it. just because you don't wanna spend 20k on it doesn't mean it's not worth that much. if he got that offer it means it's definitely worth at least $20k, probably much more, to the right buyer. why the fuck should he go along with that first offer? he does the right thing by counteroffering, time is on his side.

i suppose it comes down to people being sheep , they see someone with an inflated post count saying "sell it ,3 word domains are worth shit , its not worth that much " so of course that person has an inflated post count so they must be right , don't worry about the fact that someone just offered 20k for a domain that supposely isn't worth it , don't worry about the item being as worth as much as someone is willing to pay be it a car , a home ,a book or a domain , everyone knows that everything has a price set in stone by some people posting on a forum ..... .. business management 101 - an item is worth as much as someone is willing pay , .. of course if you are on the buyer side of things you do try and knock the price down by saying its not worth that muchComment
