with only an increase of 1/2" in my waist measurement, i am confident it is a combo increase. the only way to tell for certain is to go get the hydrostatic done again, i will, but closer to summer, prolly mid-april, to give me 6 weeks to peel off a layer or 3 of that pesky last bit of flab
