Well, no refcode aswell, but you should go with Webair!

I just moved in to my new virtual account with them (was at DreamHost before) and I didn't regret that decision. Be sure to hit one of the regular posting Webair guys up (Mike or Gerard) to work something out. They have a great tech department who know about the needs of adult webmasters (some are AWM's themselves), they have 24/7 livechat help & they'll even move all your data for you on request!

Running a virtual program is tricky since the host must prevent individual users from monopolizing cpu/memory resources. That's why you here so many complaints about virtual plans.

I have the $9.99 shared plan at HostGator. They DON'T oversell the server and they DO remove abusive users.
