I'm talking about the kind of restaurants where the average meal is $25 but because someone else is paying, the usually broke person goes for the $55 filet mignon when anytime they're paying they order a cheeseburger. It's called common courtesy and not taking advantage of a situation.
Most people I know have common courtesy.
