Any given member can only rate a maximum of XX posts per day.
Any given member can only rate any other member's post once per day (to prevent hate/grievance negative feedback)
Thread starter posts get added weight (both -ve and +ve) to their (OP) postfeedback

Why?
I'd love to be able to view only threads started by people with +ve rating
I'd love to be able to ignore all posts by anyone with say X -ve rating
I'd love for anyone with XX -ve rating to be gone (for a week for eg)

must be endless possibilities
This would allow for some form of self-policing in the forum without "ban hammer" style banning. It allows for the community to weight people's posts.... and the outcome can be decided afterwards.
