    this guy owned this house before i bought it

    his brother handled all of the paperwork and was sending docs to mexico to for signatures from him... they said he was in mexico for "cancer treatment"

    a little while after i moved in an fbi agent came here looking for him, apparently he was on the run... crazy to find him on the fbi website

    at least they caught the perv
