                            been to costa. nice place.
                            here's the deal:
                            in san Jose... place to go is the hotel Del Ray.
                            it's the pink hotel on the left in this picture.


                            in jaco beach, the place to go WAS the beetle bar.
                            i've heard since that it has been shut down.
                            a pity, if true.
                            here's the comparison i tell people:
                            --> a heinekin, at the bar, WITH gringo discount (that's what i call it, being a white american)....
                            was 325 colones.
                            it's between 420-460 colones to a dollar.
                            so that means their import beer is less than a dollar.
                            the only ones there that have a concept of $$ is... the.. umm... entertainment. ;)

                            anyway, the place to stay near jaco is los suenos.
                            here's what i woke up to:
