Its equivalent to buying a chess game without know how the pieces move or play the game. But you can say you own the game and you can tell people you are good at it, but one day its gonna cost you a lot to find out that you made a serious mistake.


If you think your gonna compete, you will loose a lot of money on that learning curve and piss off clients, because the content is not what you said you were gonna deliver.
