    Kathy.com - anyone want to develop it?

    I own Kathy.com and am looking for a partner who would be interested in developing it into a solo girl site.

    I'm flexible on how a partnership would be structured (i'm not unrealistic, and would not ask for a ridiculous percentage - just something fair).

    Kathy.com is a very brandable domain, and while parked as an adult parking page, it had about a 75% click through rate - meaning, most people going to Kathy.com are looking for porn.. Mainstream, the click through rate is VERY low - so this domain would be best used as an adult solo girl web site.

    If you are interested in perhaps doing a development partnership, please contact me to discuss - I am a business person, and am open to mutually profitable suggestions.
