Turns out a friend of mine is running “model agency” in Eastern Europe and has few pro porn models that will do pretty much anything. Anybody has experience in that or know someone who would be interested? Portfolios will be provided upon request.

Just curious, with the new 2257 requiring American producers to have American ID for their models do any US producers even go to Europe to shoot any more? I've heard of some Euro models going to America and getting US ID but I don't know how that works if the producer goes to Europe. I wonder if the market dried up a little for the European model agencies.Comment

Almost impossible. The girls would need a tourist visa, and for that they have to jump through some pretty difficult hoops at the American Embassy, which is on a permanent "unsympathetic towards Eastern European women" alert. The girl needs to be married, with children, have a proerty registered in her name, and have her bank statements showing she has lots of (non-recent mullah). If she ever did make it through, the fines to the company that shot her would be pretty high as well...no working visa! Cheaper to shoot her where she is.Comment

With respect I suggest you get a new lawyer because your present one is wrong. Foreign IDs are perfectly legal and acceptable in the US for 2257 requirements. Otherwise Hustler would not still be buying and I'm sure their lawyers are clued up on 2257.

Since 9/11 they have been even tougher and with the new passport requirements everyone had to reapply for a visa. So even girls with visas could have problems.
I think if your agent had a clue he would know this already. In fact if he lived in Eastern Europe he would have a good idea how it can be done and how hard it is.
Way cheaper to fly to the models. You have to buy the model a holiday in the US, $3,000 and up. Still don't get the visa but this is where you start. Then you apply for the visa. Other way is to prove the girl is going to work as an au pair or student. Which is a very long and hard route. Your agent does not know this? Get a new agent.
This is why Prague is now the center for porn production and some models here make more than most affiliates and models agents make more than some site owners.

I knew a girl from eastern europe who got denied to the US when it was even totally clear she wanted to go there for studying.. She had the college papers and everything and still no VISA...
I guess US policy right now is NO!! no mather what the reason is..------

I'm sure his agent know this but he's got a bigger fish to fry like if he could get a hotshot sponsor his girls he could actually demand money from those models.. prolly human trafficing is what he wishes to do on the side if he could lol.
Regarding the 2257 inthecrack, it doesn't need a lawyer to read lot of the stuff that's put in there in simple english including the part about acceptable foreign IDs or nobody would be buying anything from Paul anymore which isn't the case right Paul?Comment

With respect to you, Camokat, your friend sounds like the typical Eastern European "model" agent: more pimp pretender trying to lazily make the day to day, as opposed to running a proper, long term business. If he wants to know something...something that could result in serious legal implications for those involved, then isn't it wiser to go to the source...ie in this case the US Embassy?
Personally, after 7 years shooting in Budapest, I can say without doubt, that I FUCKING HATE all agents and everything they stand for. They are ALL that stupid, that they still tell the "this girls never been shot before" lie...even when I have already shot her. I mean, you'd think they'd at least try and keep on top of where she has/hasn't worked. I even had 2 agents phone me up on Xmas day asking about work!
