                  i just *really* want to get it moved out of ePassporte due to the recent arrests of the Netteller guys, don't want funds being frozen by the FTC or WTO in the coming fallout. it will take me a *long* time to withdraw via ATM..

                                              15k = $435.30

                                                  Doesn't epass have daily P2P send limits as well? You're going to run into the same prob.

                                                  Get started today, if your limit is $500/day then it will only take you 28 days to clean out your account.

                                                      the country i'm in seems more stuck at $300 at the ATMs, but it could be due to the local banks... i hope 28 days is enough, the gambling thing is freaking me out and i never should have allowed too many big payments to sit in there like this..

                                                          Hmm... my account used to have a $500 ATM withdraw limit, I see it's been quietly reduced to $300 with the new look site...

                                                                              One of the reasons I'm comfortable using epass is that they don't have any authority or means to autonomously debit funds. If I upgrade to an epass select account then they have my CC# on file...

                                                                                              I am not really sure how epassporte works, but what I do if I need cash quick with my paypal debit card, I just go to the post office and by a postal money order. You can only do it with debit and not credit cards.

                                                                                                  Don't know about his country, but in Canada you cannot buy a Postal Money order with a credit card ....
                                                                                                  I tried just to get my points on Amex, but it was a big no ... easy to understand why..
