    Good Price Per Gig ?

Anyone in here running a freehost who can tell me how convertion rates are, in amount of uniques and per gig ?

And what is the maximum price per gig to get a freehost pay itself and my family ofcoz ... and my Jeep, Dog etc ..

Does it have to be less than $1 a gig ?

    Thnx

Dunnow yet, i'm still calculating in price per gig ...

Lets say that i use the full 100mbps 24hours a day. Blazing, i wont fuck with traffic only top/footers, it will use 800-1000 gig a day ?

Will it bring more than $700-$1000 a day ?

just try to calculate your future traffic and then decide if you can afford to pay per gigs...*just my opinion

                      320 GIGABYTES = 1Mbit

Here is the Freehost Traffic Graph for coolness.com

                      17Mbits used +/- at 95% - 5,440 Gigabytes a Month

                        they use about 3-4mbps
u see if you're on capped mbps then warez bitch will only put your server down for 1-2 hours(until u delete warez), but if youre on per gigs then you will lose lotsa money if someone will upload warez

I lied. I just checked.. bandwidth usage is running at 24.389 Mbits / Sec measured at the 95% percentile for this last month. 7804.48 Gigabytes a Month.

This is on 300K Uniques / Day and 500K Impressions / Day.

No.. I run coolness.com as well as XFR.com. These are my graphs.. and I pay the bills.

The Blue is outbound traffic, the Green is inbound traffic.

You care about the Blue more than the green.

We offer plans that give burstable bandwidth so the sites will always load fast and you wont pay for bandwidth you don't use and at the same time we can cap the server a little above the peak usage point for a specific time window to prevent a huge bill, the best of both worlds is possible with EnergyHosting...

This is on 300K Uniques / Day and 500K Impressions / Day.

No.. I run coolness.com as well as XFR.com. These are my graphs.. and I pay the bills.

The Blue is outbound traffic, the Green is inbound traffic.

You care about the Blue more than the green.
Isn't 24mbps obscenely high for 300K a day? I push about 200K/day in gallery traffic and I rarely go over 5mbps. (I'm capped at 10, and its rare that I peak at that)

Yes thats about double what it should be, But remember on a free host there is also of cheating that they dont catch,(unfortunately for them) and also webmasters tend to use moe images since its free then they would if they were paying for it. Also 95th percentile is criminal, 50th percentile is much better.
