No, I'm sorry. You'd have to be running a fullsized banner here for the 20% deal. now if you're running it here but you've got textlinks elsewhere, you're still good as once you have the banner running, your entire account will be set at 20%

while they're pretty effective now, you're probably right. Our thought was to protect the surfer who had his sound on by accident.

If you're using flash videos there should be a way to start them muted then let the surfer click for sound. I think tours with sound probably scare off alot of surfers (ie. if theres a wife sleeping in the other room or they have kids in the house).
