Raw deal man.. they certainly look like ripoffs to me.

I'd send 'em a firm email, let 'em know you're onto their game and if they don't pull it down immediately you'll take legal action.

OR.. you could offer a settlement, you gotta figure they paid a decent amount to have someone do those rips, maybe they'll be willing to pay you a few grand if you let them use what they have and not rip off future designs? It might work out for you in the end.. $2k for 3 emails. Ya never know.
