I think what Ava Devine did to her tits was the worst.
A few years ago she had beautiful gigantic fake tits. Then she did the one thing that no woman should ever do. She decided she wanted them "reduced"
So they cut her nipples OFF. Cut off all the loose skin.
And now she has medium sized SQUARE shaped fake tits with huge long scars forming a cross on each tit. Terrible.
