Please take a demo of both products and really look in depth at the features they offer and the team behind them. Talk with both parties extensively, and ask to speak with their technical staff. Find out where that team is based and when and how they are available should you need them.
Speak with actual users of the products who aren't here on the board supporting one or the other. Talk with people who have used both products.
Your affiliate software (whether you even have affiliates or not) is the foundation of your business. It is not a decision to take lightly, nor a place to try to save a few dollars. NATS was never chosen because it was a few dollars cheaper. It has been chosen by huge majority of the industry because it is a solid product with a solid reputation and the best team in the business behind it.
Regarding the processors, your software provider should not be limiting who you can or can't work with. Anything that places a restriction of that nature on your business should send up huge red flags immediately.
