I predict total failure on this business model..
First, price point is too high to then ask for a recurring with no one time payment content option (at least I don';t see that as an option)...
Second, the customer needs to have an internet connection to get off. What if he loses connectivity during a session. I would be pissed. Let people download content and put in security measures.
Finally, offer an option where the customer commits long term to a lower device price and x amount of minutes or content per month.
The idea is strong, but the business model is crazier than a ferris wheel operator...
