                I was curious what was out there, and if there were any varieties in the layout. Seems like they're all using the same widthxheight sizes for the thumbnails. Not much variation.

                    Agreed. But, most run on generic scripts which are readily available and most (free) tube owners don't bother to customize these scripts. Anyways, I just set-up a new free one that is updated on a daily basis. I'll be making a few more changes over the coming week but it is nearly to where I want it to be.                                                             You won't know unless you test, test, test. All sites didn't start out looking like Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Youtube. Many popular profitable sites still don't and never will. If your tube site looks like 1,000 other tube sites, you won't stand out very much or be very memorable either.
