          you are correct...to even make "cocaine" into a powder they have to cut it a little otherwise you will just have wet mush...so their is no 100% pure coke

                      That didn't all go to tax. When you go for lump sum with lotteries instead of the annual allowance you lose a huge sum of your winnings. Tax is usually around 50% I believe, so he probably lost around 100 million by taking lump sum.
