Nope. Lots of other sites doing the same thing have been shut down, or have moved their servers to the Netherlands I believe. Its just like the days when people were posting links to DeCSS (code to decrypt DVDs back in the day) and they were getting shut down just for linking to it, not hosting it.

Enjoy it while you can, but once peekvid goes down another will take its place.
