Why not just get implants? Had a friend who fell off his bike and fucked up his 4 top front teeth. Instead of having them drilled, filled, bridged and whatever, they just pulled everything out and did implants.
Takes about 5 mos to heal after they've implanted the sockets into your jaw and costs $1100 or so per tooth, but after its done you've got a brand new set of pretty much indestructable teeth.
