It was a brilliant movie and other than the ending the movie gets an A from me (which is VERY rare this now days). The ending pulled the movie down a bit to B+ status (still good by any stretch of the imagination).

best British movie in years...not everyone will like but I really did and as odd as it sounds consider the apocalyptic setting the portrayal of London streets before things start blowing up is the more realistic I have seen in a long time (ie no soft focus, snow that never happens, etc). It certainly wasn't uplifting but in the same way that films like Schindler's List don't leave you smiling but are certainly good films anyway.Comment
