Dell PC , I dumped in a new graphic card with dual outputs to use a extra monitor....

Now the second monitor isnt recognized.... Could this be a power supply issue and needing a bigger PS? Basic graphic card PCI Express slot not used for gaming or anything


Thx lmk if anybody has idea as i am googling about it also but gFY is faster sometimes lol
