Brad, we've met a few times and i specifically remember being extremely impressed by your kindness and inviting personality. I don't know 'dr.dre' or 'nowhere', but i'd thought i drop my 2cents for whatever it's worth.
I'm kind of surprise you started a thread like this. First, i don't blame you AT ALL for starting it. You deserve your money 100%. And especially since you've allowed the hosting to go on as long as you have.
There is an unspoken privacy rule (in my opinion) when dealing with clients.
First, let me explain that i agree with you completely on all counts. You might wonder, "how would i have got their attention otherwise if not for gfy?" Well, think of it this way: if you didn't allow the hosting to go on as long as you have, then you wouldn't have HAD to break the unspoken privacy rule. You should have just pulled the plug after 3 months.
So you being as nice and as kind as you are has worked against you in this case (again, in my opinion). Mainly because you're informing the world about two peoples personal situations. Do those two people deserve that? Probably...but then again, maybe not. Who's to know that answer? I have no idea. But then again, how can you be wrong to post this when you gave them 4 months free out of kindness? And the big question, where is the line of privacy drawn?
Anyway, I really hope you're not offended by this post. It's just an opinion for whatever it's worth. Now that i'm towards the bottom of my post, i'm swinging my opinion over thinking, hell ya he has every right. It more of a battle trying to figure out right and wrong on a situation like this. I seriously can't image Dre fucking over people like that. Ive dealt with him in the past and he's not only been super nice to me but also always willing to help and share. Exactly the opposite of someone who would screw people over for money. Then again this does look odd and i have no idea what's going on.Comment

Posting here certainly is not my preference. The situation is subjective and very slippery, indeed. I am not here to indict anyone's character or to obtain an explanation, I am here to bring attention to a legitimate debt. My compass is absolute, right is right and wrong is wrong. If the balance were small, I'd leave it up to karma, but it's not. I still have the belief that this will be resolved and when that happens they will have my thanks and best wishes. If this is something that doesn't get resolved, at least the next host, vendor or service provider from our community has seen a red flag to better protect their business.
Onlymovies, I'm totally with you. From where I sit, though, my options are limited. Outside of obtaining counsel and serving them in their foreign country of residence, I have already made every effort to contact via every known means on multiple occasions to bring their attention to the situation without result.
The wrong thing to do would be to take a GoodFellas attitude and just come to this board with a "Fuck you, pay me" but that's just not in my character. I am sure that there is a reasonable argument that this whole thread is stupid, private and nobody's business but I've simply made the decision that I want it resolved and am not going to make it easy for someone to stick it in my ass this time around.
