That castle has been used in a lot of movies - including a few "Drac" ones Last year sometime it was given back to the real owner (was "confiscated" by communist regime) who is an architect. Suppose 73 mill leaves some spare back-pocket money....

I was there in October .. it has NO relation to Dracula or Vlad Tepes (aka Vlad the Impaler) whatsoever. The castle, outside of it's looming situation, is far from spooky and has no dracula-related history inside. It looks like a pleasant home (as far as castles go..) and you won't find a word about Vlad or Dracula anywhere, except at the vendors outside selling Dracula's vodka
A much more interesting castle is Peles in nearby Sinai, which apparently is also on the market for (?) 70 million Euros:
