Hi,

I am looking for wordpress plugins that can instantly send the post to social media sites after the post goes live on the blog. For example Twitter Tools does that to Twitter, I found something for smaller sites like Zannel or Gatorpeep but not for Digg, Stumbleupon, Reddit etc.

Also for wordpress I found only plugins that work with personal sites (like Wordbook).

Any suggestions?
