Turned out they were doing an update, but for a day I had a whole bank account disappear and then when it came back initially the balance only showed like $500. "Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions."

                                                                                                                                                                                        BofA sucks. I opened an account w/ them once and got so fed up with their extreme circle jerk customer service that I closed the account within a month.

                                                                                                                                                                                        I also heard they lost some pretty big class actions against them and have had to pay back their customers alot of shady fees they had taken over the years. Maybe BP will be getting some unexpected $$ back. I know a handful of people here have.
