What Is The Best Gift You Have Ever Received ?

I was just thinking this, that when it comes to the BEST gifts I have ever received, COST had NOTHING to do with it ......

The single best gift I was ever given, and this may sound fucking stupid, was from my kids a couple of Father's Days ago.

A nose hair trimmer. It is the bomb.

Plucking hurts like all shit, I still use the thing about once a month.

When I bought my BMW, my parents surprised me for my birthday and paid the taxes, or some sort of other major purchase-related expense .. don't remember now.

I was floored. The next few times I visited them, I was extra-gracious around them, ha!

When I was in the hospital some years ago for unexpected surgery, my mom and dad drove halfway across the country to be with me. I had to sit up in bed and hold a pillow against my tummy and cough every so often. Not long after getting to my hospital room my dad excused himself and when he came back, handed me the cutest, softest stuffed bunny and told me to hug that when I needed to cough.
