why r u guys saying spain? do not move there unless you speak good spanish.... plus the weather isnt that great there, its not like its tropical..
anyway yeah some people might speak English, but you wont get involved and enjoy any country unless you can speak the language fluently.. ull get frustrated being lost.. i learned the hard way
ive been to costa rica many times, you'll be bored out of your mind, the internet is slow, plus some parts are rough..
