Very nice, suggestion, have someone design a nice privacy fence or landscaping that gives you some privacy and noise reduction. You will be much younger than your neighbors and will get along much better if the woman next door doesn't see guys drinking beer all the time.

well it looks good from the outside and a lot of space but the decoration is terrible. And looks pretty remote but that could be cause of the way they shoot the pictures. That price is btw insane low.

i know the area it's in, its kind of a wierd quiet little community but its very close to the city... kinda far away from where all my friends party tho

without knowing the location, it's impossible to tell if it's a good deal or not. Do not take advice from posters here, that's for sure. Do your research, speak to an agent, get recent closing prices in your area for similiar sized houses. Also, check land prices around your house and see what the increase in % was for properties in your area for the past year or so. Anyways, there's a lot to consider before ANYONE can tell you if it's a great price or not. There are houses here going for that price, but it's 35 minutes from Montreal, so it's all about location. Also, check the welcome tax rate, and make sure you save enough for utilities and taxes also.

It'd be nice if you could just UPROOT something and move it there, haha!

Thats a fuckin Steal....Grab it quick....fix it a little over 5 years and sell it for 3 times as much....depending on how the market goes....its really shitty now, (thus the price) so it should go up during that time frame....
