How do I delete duplicate files in my PC? With the label (2), (3) etc.

So i have files names blahblahblah.jpg and blahblahblah(2).jpg. But i have 1000's of files and some of them have blahblahblah2.jpg, which i don't want to delete, just the ones with "(2)". I tried in XP, Vista, and Win7 to search file names for "(2)", but it pulled up every file name with "2" in it. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you have a long job... To my knowledge, you have to delete each one seperatly or control and left click then delete!???

You could make a folder where the jpgs are, move each one into the folder, then delete the folder...??

Maybe try a search for *(2).jpg
