The sales on my program are up a bit from last month - nothing to scream about but ok so far this month.

As for the notification email being late - if ccbill is using any type of batch priority or load balancing on their servers you shouldn't be surprised to see a delay in sales notification. I'm pretty sure the affiliate notifications are scheduled as a lower priority than the actual processing of the affiliate sale and program emails as I almost always see affiliate sales notifications arrive up to an hour after the user is added to my database and I got the program email. And to be honest, that's the way it should be - the sale is a "nrt" (near real time) requirement, it should be approved and added to my database as quickly as possible (ideally within a few seconds). But the email is not mission critical. In a properly managed data environment affiliate and program emails can/should be batched and/or load balance and sent when the server has the processor time and bandwidth available.
