stopped drinking regularly about a year ago I didn't quit drinking but i just dont feel the need to. The last beer i had was two months ago. I notice with me the drinking thing is more of a social crutch than something i enjoy. So i find the trick is to figure out what makes me feel anxious in the first place that provokes the drinking response.
Basically face down whats bothering ya, unless you just like drinking for efffect in which case why cut down anyway?
