    Amateur Video Laws?????

    If someone films themselves and someone else having sex and then posts it online without the other person's permissions are they breaking any laws? There are all sorts of sex tapes out from celebs and it doesn't seem like the female party is able to do anything. I'm sure the guys don't really care or try and take action, but some of the chicks I'd think would.

      if they let you film it, they have to know there is a risk it will get out.

      i dont know what the laws are on this, but i suspect theres not much that can be done when that kind of thing happens.
