you bet, we paid over $5 per click to get our site up.. And we were selling Dedicated Servers. I'm not even trying to thing about how much does it cost to advertise a freaking virtual hosting.. I bet from $15 per click..

Your ad is placed on high page rank sites. A link is only as valuable as the blog it's on in relation to your offering. Your ad goes onto very keyword/category rich sites with high pr. The ad itself looks like an article or "plug" on these sites, so the site's visitors will click through at a much higher rate than other methods of advertising.

Just trying to figure out why I (or anyone) should request an invite. There is no info at all.

You just selling links on a network of your own blogs? If so, are those blogs all different topics? If no, do you have them spread out over multiple datacenters or Class C's?

I've gone after a lot of the big ones in the past (not so much anymore) and mortgage was always the most difficult I felt. This was a few years back when housing was going through the roof and these lenders would pay you $25-$50 for a telephone number. It was also a time when no one had a clue what the value of a link was and you could buy PR8 links for $20/month and it didn't matter in what industry the link came from. We hit a couple of the refinancing terms for awhile and had some 5 digit days for awhile.
