My dearest retard, I addressed this claim several posts ago. Let's start with facts. The earnings are not different for "everybody". Someone buying the domain using it the way you do would earn near exactly the same (I would earn more, but that's because I have real domains so earn a higher payout than you). I gave examples of how a very rare entity could possibly earn a little more than ppc out of it, but overall, that domain is too generic not to be a ppc page, which is why the majority of non-specific TRULY premium domains ARE ppc landers and not adult sponsors.

Determining the value between the two domains then becomes a difference in type-in traffic amount, not quality, as there is no doubt between the quality of the visitor because of it's specificity. IMO, matureladies.com will have roughly 30-35% of the type-in traffic that ************** has, even though it's Alexa rating is higher than sexyladies and it's the same old PPC lander. Obviously, it's latent power is much greater because of it's specificity. Using these numbers, if you are able to get twice as much per click for matureladies.com, ************** is still worth more. If you are able to get quadruple the price per click for matureladies.com in comparison to sexyladies, matureladies.com is worth more (as a business).
It's nothing but very, very simple math. A simple person like you should be able to figure it out.

Yeah, I would kind of agree with you, except for historical data, which is much harder to pump up then the occasional "I'm not selling this but someone can buy it at this inflated price if they want" thread like neo-gimp does. The domain is what it is and it has the traffic it has, historically. Even this jackoff has a point that domain traffic is remarkably consistent, even when the ppc income is not. Domains have a certain value at a certain time (regardless of who's hands it is in). The rest is marketing, development or accident. Someone could write a script called Sexy Ladies that becomes the number one movie from now until the end of time. Suddenly, the domain is priceless. Utube.com is worth nothing until youtube.com becomes a giant.
Ten years from now, ************** could be worth a million dollars. Who knows? But from a business standpoint, you could take that 77k, invest in many, many powerful domains at reasonable prices and be far ahead.
