    I want to stop eat !

    I dont like eating anything, its all gross to me, i need 2-3 days without food, is it safe ?!?

                                  I went on a fast for 3 days without food once. Nothing bad happened to my body.


                                  In extreme cases, a person can go like 20 days without food and survive - but I do not recommend it.
