I can't say that I agree.
A lot of specialized workers is not capable of writing a good resume.
I've seen dozens of resumes the last weeks as we are recruiting and the better the resume looks the more crappy their skills turn out to be in the end.
Ohh and his job as a recruiter is to qualify the applications and match them with proper jobs, not read a resume, a resume doesn't qualify anyone
