    ICQ 7 I hate it

    Downloaded ICQ 7 today and i cannot stand it, word of warning stick with 6.5

              I didn't think anyone still used just one standalone messaging thingy!

              Try adium if you're on a mac or trillian on a pc. Both great apps.

                      icq 7 is a bit buggy still.. hangs the system a lot.. I keep unchecking the Dock feature but it keeps rechecking itself...its clearly possessed by the lost soul of AOL.

                                                          Use Adium. Faster, better, lighter, and lets you combine all of your IM accounts into one program. ICQ is way too fat, takes forever to load, and just blows overall.
