I've sold to some of the biggest domain investors on this board and I've sold to some of the smallest domain investors on this board. I've sold A LOT of domains on this board. See, over the 7 years, you earn basic ppc earnings that anybody can earn and at that point, you have earned your money back BUT you also now have an asset that is worth, at the very least, what you paid for it 7 years ago ($77k).

Now, smart guy, imagine all the people who can earn a lot more than basic ppc income that everybody can earn. They can earn back the purchase price in maybe 2 years or less. It depends on their ability to earn off of the traffic. See? It ain't rocket science.

Where did you get the idea of the value being 7 years income? I've never heard anything that crazy. Even is pretty serious deals the max would be 3 years and most of the time in the net biz its a year or under. You have no help of selling the domain for 7 years income. Sorry man.

So, if you are the dumbest man on the planet, it would take you 7 years to earn back what you spent and at that point, you would ALSO have an asset worth at least what you paid for it 7 years ago (77k). Sounds pretty good, right???

If you are a program owner and need traffic, you could make your money back in 2 years or less (depending upon how good your content is). And you will own a highly valuable asset AND you will continue to profit from the non-stop traffic from this kick ass domain name.

************** is not a 1k domain, it is a 5 figure domain for sure, but closer to 15-20k on the outside, and that is still going to be the top price to a good end-user based on current market conditions for adult ppc. IMO, ************** is almost forced into being a ppc page (particularly in the coming times as parked pages mature into more complete sites) exactly because it is non-specific. There is no end-user buyer that makes this domain more valuable than the way it is used right now, with the possible exception of a company that owns a full-scale porn program, a cam site, a dating site and an escort site. THAT company might get some more value out of it. I have no idea who that is.

It is also a little more valuable to someone with actual traffic instead of a lightweight like B.O.Haven because they would get paid more per click than the minimal amount he gets, which I assure you is not 12.8 cents any longer. The reason he is posting 6 months stats (which I actually believe could be true..those numbers jibe pretty close with the terms on the page and the click-thru rate of similar domains with that particular lander) is that if he posted current months stats (a screenshot), he would be shown as the liar he is. ANYONE who uses Skenzo as he does KNOWS I am telling the truth.

The mystery, aside from his mother not going thru with the recommended abortion, is how he expects to find someone in the adult community that has 77k and doesn't know all this.

There are also other intangibles which make the 77k too great a risk, EVEN if he wasn't lying about his current numbers, which he is. First, and most obviously, is the time value of money. 77k TODAY is worth much more than 77k seven years from now. Every year you waited to get your money back, the dollars you are receiving are worth less and less due to inflation and other factors. It's *possible* we could see ppc prices rise for adult terms from parked domain pages, but the opposite is what is happening right now. FACT. Competition for eyeballs in the future *could* change that, but you'd have to factor in that gamble in the price.

There is a large premimum being paid right now (beyond 7 years) for *real* high-end names, but ************** does not qualify. sexygirls.com, sexywomen.com, etc...those domains are in his price asking ballpark, if not higher, but ************** is not. An easy worth comparison would be sexygirls.com with an Alexa ranking in the 300k+, as compared to ************** with a 3 MILLION Alexa ranking. Both are parked pages not generating anything but type-ins, so it's an easy comparison for value.

Oh, well, that's my book for today. Personally, I would take ************** for 15k, I would be unhappy paying 20k and no, I have never sent this jackass an offer at any price.

I have never asked about a number of domains minimum there, but in general you need in the vicinity of 1 million visitors per month to use them direct. I had heard rumors from support that they were going to lower that at some point but I have no idea if it ever happened. Can't hurt to ask them if you have good domain traffic as their landers for SOME reason DO get extremely high CTR compared to others. Honestly, I don't see why as they don't look that much better to me than others, but numbers are numbers and the end reality is that their CTR is superior. Many parking companies are aggregators, combining their own traffic with the traffic of others so that they can get higher payouts all together using several feeds. Not a bad system, particularly if your best domain is something like **************, which means you don't have much type-in traffic at all.

Sorry, that probably wasn't much help to you. If you can't use them direct but have a decent amount of domain traffic, I would recommend Klickerz.com if you believe in the Skenzo feed (typically higher paying percentage) and Parked.com if you believe in the Yahoo feed. Parked.com is annoying because they put warning pages on the front of adult domains (Yahoo requirement), but their service is very, very good with on time payments and they have some other helpful features that most don't have.
