Years ago when the American Family Association started picking the adult industry, I joined their picket lines and picketed my own stores for two weeks before they found out who I was.
I had the opportunity to talk to these people and found that they were sincere in their beliefs; however, I also found that most has a tragedy in the family where somebody was raped, molested or sent to jail for a sex crime.
The common factor in this was that they just couldn't accept the fact that their family member (brother, father, uncle, ect.) was not a good person. They believed that the erotica made the person do the terrible things and, if there was no erotica, the act would not have occurred.
It was very sad seeing all these people in total denial that their family member was a bad person, child molester, rapist, ect. They were really unable to accept the truth.
Ironic, isn't it that they still can't accept the truth.
Millions of people enjoy erotica every day, are socially responsible and live fulfilled lives.
