You need to choose a network carefully if you want to go that route. What is very common is a new network starts up, promises to "pay you more" and sometimes they do for awhile, and sometimes they don't.
We (JuicyAds) have been having a problem with our Paypal payments lately.. delays loading funds. We have had similar problems with ePassporte in the past and I don't pretend like we have made every payment on time -- because we haven't, but everyone is PAID. Sometimes there are legitimate delays.
But I know for damn sure, that when a payment is late -- I tell the affiliate why its late, and when to expect it, and they get paid. Often times if there is a delay that affects a lot of publishers, we post it on our public news area for transparency.
I sincerely hope that you get paid... but every time this happens it makes the legitimate networks look bad, and that's not really fair.
Best of luck.

I just hope everyone gets paid including myself or bye bye affiliates. This has already ruined mediajerky with affiliates pulling ads already .
