The non-payment issue is happening in all sectors of business. The company that I do IT work has over 80 grand in outstanding sales that are three months past due. My video company that I run has problems with clients not paying on the remainder of the bill after the shoots, or making BS excuses as to why they won't pay.
It is not at all unexpected to see quite a few adult sites go bust. I feel sorry for all of the unpaid affiliates but even I know that it a risk that I took by being an affiliate.
